Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICES

The Client is entitled to one free consultation prior to booking services. This consultation is offered to help the Client better understand the services and determine whether they wish to proceed. The consultation is provided at no cost and carries no obligation to book.

 

2. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

2.1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due upon scheduling to secure the service date(s) and initiate work.

2.3. Payment Schedule
Payments shall be made according to the following schedule:

  • 25% deposit due upon scheduling.

  • Remaining balance due upon completion of service.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

3.1 Late Cancellation
A late cancellation fee of $75 or 50% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will be charged to the client's form of payment if the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance from the scheduled appointment.

3.2. Refund Policy

If the Client wishes to cancel their appointment and provides notice within the permitted cancellation period as outlined in this Agreement, they may be eligible for a refund of the deposit. Refunds are subject to the timing and terms specified in Section 3.1.

 

4. MODIFICATIONS

Any changes to the scope of work, timeline, or pricing must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

 

5. LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all business and personal information received during the course of this Agreement confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
